The apartments must be in perfect condition, completely furnished and equipped, prepared in such a way that the client can manage to occupy it , bringing only their personal effects.

The legal framework of the rental is the contract of rent for season, contract that you will have to sign or the owners of the good. Moreover, there is a signed, detailed and valued inventory that indicates the total amount of the apartment facilities that also requests a card from the guest indicating all their personal information.

The guest, besides paying the rent, delivers a Security Deposit that will be reimbursed if the rented property and the equipment are found to be damaged, the amount needed for repairs will be taken from the warehouse.
